☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience. They billed me for work that was already paid, admitted it was their error, and never fixed it. Then they charged for the ongoing issue that was never properly resolved, despite my assertion it was covered under their warranty. Multiple email attempts to resolve over months were ignored. Disorganized billing, poor communication, and no accountability. I would not recommend.
Good work done to fix the problem & willingness to explain & demonstrate suggestions to remedy another issue.
