This company, in the past, has provided good service. The technician, Thomas that comes out is great. The issue was that on August 28, 2025 Thomas was here to look at two separate units, one free standing commercial refrigerator and one free standing commercial freezer. Each unit needed a new compressor - these repairs were well over $1000 each - which I paid, in advance. The refrigerator was fixed. As a real estate professional in Champaign County, I’m always looking for quality technicians and companies who I can trust with my clients needs. The employee came in assessed the need, gave us an estimate and was able to remove a piece of glass that was in the dishwasher. I was very pleased with their service!
He was very professional he wore shoe covers. He explained and showed me the broken part on my frig then he ordered the part on Friday and was at my house Monday to replace and fix all within 30 minutes. This is the second time I have used this company and will be using again if needed
