Joke of a company!!! DO NOT USE BUYER BEWARE!!! The receptionist is a joke manager is laughable and no matter what you tell the receptionist you won't get the manager! Employees are a even bigger joke will never show up on time or even give a courtesy call and will even complain about not having the man power along with breaking your appliance more! Highly incompetent!! DO NOT USE
Came out same day. Correctly diagnosed the problem with my fridge. A part had to be ordered which took a few weeks, but my fridge is fixed and working perfectly for a lot less than purchasing a new refrigerator.
We purchased a propane stove and dryer, both needed conversion from natural gas to propane. After some searching we finally found Mr. Appliance and what a great job. Thank you Thomas.
