My technician had to come out twice because we had to order the part but couldn't have taken more than 30 minutes total to diagnose and come back and then install. Very kind and understanding and professional. Greatly appreciate this company!
Pretty disappointing experience. We had Mr Appliance fix our LG fridge in October 2025. At the time they replaced the compressor and some other parts. The fridge was still under LG warranty and it was a total hassle having to work back and forth with them and LG and then get refunded out of pocket money (we actually never got our full refund back from LG from that work, over $700).
