Mr. Greg Williams came to my home in February 2018, it is now June 28 and I have not had my ice maker repaired yet! After 3 or 4 visits he still can't get it repaired. He still has the part. Appointment promises are "never" kept. I have to call him and when I do get him it's excuse after excuse and now his cell phone voice mail is full, even the main number I have. Mr. Greg responded within minutes of our online request that was submitted through Home Advisor. He was friendly, courteous and eager to help us. He was able to accommodate us the same day to take a look at our washer. Not only was he awesome he is also very knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot the problem right away. If you are looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy he is your guy. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone in need.
Superb customer service! Before Mr. Appliance came out I had to dry my clothes multiple times before the clothes would dry. The technician took the time to ensure he thoroughly assessed my issue. He went above and beyond what was expected. My clothes are drying as they should now. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance Central Maryland to any and everyone in need of service.
The absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Delay after delay, missed appointments, surly receptionist (Greg). Avoid these guys....there are plenty of better options out there.
