Andrew was great. Talked me through an issue with my range over the phone and didn't charge a dime. Will definitely return for any future issues.
Just a bad franchise. Terrible customer service and terrible/disrespectful scheduling. They made me pay for service in full BEFORE it was provided and then have jerked me around on when they'll do it. STAY AWAY
