Our Bosch dishwasher was giving an error code and wouldn't run. Mr Appliance had the shortest wait time so we set up an appt online. Their online scheduler wasn't up to date but they called and let us know. Most importantly they diagnosed the issue and quickly gave us the cost to repair and solved another issue that 3 other servicemen over 10 years had never solved. He was the first one to look at the left side panel which revealed mold in the chamber where water comes into the dishwasher. Wish we would have had him come out... read more
