I had an excellent experience with Mr. Appliance. I had originally tried to book with a different company in town and they never showed up and never called. On a Friday evening I was able to book an appointment for Monday to have my dishwasher looked at. Andrew was right on time, so friendly, and helpful. He had our dishwasher up and going in no time. I’ll definitely use them in the future!
I received a visit from the repair company the same day I contacted them.
Mr. Appliance was great to deal with, from the first call for service to the quick completion of the repairs to our warrantied dryer, several days later. Henry the technician was polite, punctual and professional, company communications were thorough from confirming the appointments to the technician “on his way” comms. Couldn’t ask for a better service organization, all other service providers should take lessons from how this local organization operates. Thanks Henry…you rock…!
The service to set up the appointment was friendly and efficient. Communication was excellent during the whole process. Henry, our repair technician, was fantastic, friendly, organized, and cleaned up everything when finished. The entire repair happened within a week, including delivery of a part to our home. Great service!
