We had a technician come yesterday (7/3/20) to figure out why our dishwasher was not turning on. He was here for about 15 minutes checking the outlet and breakers and then says that the problem is the outlet and we need to find an electrician. My husband and I decided to temporarily use an extension cord for the dishwasher until we could get an electrician to come. So I pulled the dishwasher out in order to plug in the extension cord and decided to check the outlet myself with a hand mixer and it works perfectly fine. After ... read more

I will call you asap, I know this issue well and it is part of a massive recall. Dont use the unit in the mean time.
We had an issue with our dishwasher. I was sent a text with the picture of the technician and the estimated time of his arrival (which was exactly when he showed up). He was able to diagnose the problem, order the part, and give me the exact cost immediately. When he came back to install the part there was still a problem with a small leak. Rather than order a $130 replacement exhaust fan he disassembled it, cleaned it, reassembled it, works great. We will definitely call Mr. Appliance the next time we need service.
They are timely, keep their appontments, and know how to communicate. After dealing with “scripted” responses from the Warranty Care Center, these technicians were a welcome change. They CARE.

i have already recommended Mr. Appliance. The service was timely. The reminder calls and texts were helpful. Brent was very friendly, professional, and willing to work to figure out something he had not worked on before. He had even done a little homework before he arrived to work on our wine cooler.
