Office staff is awful. When you make an appointment online, they wait till the next day to tell you it will be over a week till they can get to your home. After you have already taken off work to make sure your home all day. Office manager does not care. You are not a customer your a paycheck to them. The techs might be amazing but I wouldn’t know...
