Excellent Work Prompt, courteous service over the phone and in person. Mr Appliance got the job done quickly on our washer (new drum). Very happy and recommend them.
Sears too busy to fix one of their washers.. I had wet clothes and the door would not open. I got desperate and called Mr. Appliance, even though I needed repair quicker then was possible. Phil suggested that I just fix it myself. He talked me thru it and pretty much gave me all I needed to fix the problem and get it back up and running. Who in their business would be willing to do that? The washer is back up and running fine, thanks to Phil. I like these guys!!
Excellent service! Under promised and OVER delivered!!! My kitchen Aide oven broke after a self cleaning cycle. Called Manufacturer and was told they couldn't help me for 3 weeks! Called Mr. Appliance and Stuart came out the next day. He had to order a part that would be take 'a week to get in' but fixed my oven so I could use it in the meantime. Stuart showed up the next day with the part and my oven was good as new! Great company to do business with.
