No show, no call! I had an appointment and their technician was supposed to come to my house between 11:45am and 1:30pm. At 1:45pm I called their center to let them know that their technician did not show up or call. They responded that he would show up shortly. Nobody ever showed up or called. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
These guys were awesome! From the time I called them to make my 1st inquiry until the service was completed. They sent me confirmation on the time and date of the appointment and a pic of who to expect. My technician was very respectful of me and very professional, he is top of the line no question about it! I would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance! Thanks Daniel Gleason for all your help!!!
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Made an appointment for Monday between 10-11am. He never showed up or called. I called and he said he should be able to be at my home by 3pm. Again, didn't show or call. We agreed on him coming to repair my washing machine on Tuesday at 3. Well, once again NO SHOW, NO CALL & WOULDN'T ANSWER HIS PHONE! UNBELIEVABLE!!! The only reason there is one star...you have to rate before review
