Possibly the most dishonest repairman ever. On his first visit to repair my washer- he took a quick look ( Never took anything apart nor looked behind the washer) and went to his service van. He returned with a nearly 300 dollar "estimate"- no details. When I asked him to write down what was wrong and how to repair it, he refused. I paid him his service call and looked up my problem online. Turns out it was a $12 part that took 5 minutes to install. Fast forward 5 years later and another problem with a new washing machine. DO NOT waste your time. Very unprofessional! Even when just talking to them on the phone. Then they didn't even bother to call me and let me know they weren't going to make my appointment! Very displeased!
