Washer spin cycle started sounding like it was going to disintegrate no matter if empty or with a load. Mr. Appliance scheduled a tech to visit the next day between 2 & 4, and he arrived at 2:30, with a courtesy call saying he was on his way. Tech efficiently diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly - and it didn't costa fortune. Would recommend them again.
Do not use, unless you are really in a bind. I used the Grand Rapids branch on Michigan Street to have a range hood motor repaired. On the phone they make sure you know that you will owe $89.95 for the person to show up (high, but fine), but what they don't tell you is that their fees to actually fix things are OUTRAGEOUS. Now you are trapped - pay $89 because they showed up and still have a broken appliance, or pay $275 to have the motor replaced, when the entire range hood only cost $300.
