Paid $120 to get dishwasher diagnoses told them we would fix ourselves they were going to charge almost $500 ....thats what I paid for a new dishwasher ! Ordered the part, replaced, wasn't right . Called to see how they could make it right ...all the offered was to send some one out again and charge us AGAIN because they didn't do their job right the first time. Never recommending this place to any one

Was unable to install an electric dryer...it needed to be vented from the bottom and I guess they didnt know how or just didnt want to...disappoint ed.
Requested service for my Bosch dishwasher. Shane was assigned to my service request. He came out, was able to determine there was small pieces of plastic causing the dishwasher not to drain and wash properly. He was extremely thorough and professional and I appreciate the time he took to check everything. Would recommend highly and will use again.
