I do not recommend Mr. Appliance. I had some issues with my dryer. I was told that not using dryer sheets and softener would fix the problem. I paid $500 to get a new grate. They also told me that there is no way to know if I need new sensors, but if I want new sensors, I could go ahead and upgrade my sensors on my dryer. I asked if he would recommend getting the new sensors and he said it was optional, that there was no way to know. After getting the new grate, I continued to have issues with the dryer as before even though... read more
Dustin was very friendly and helpful. He diagnosed and fixed my washer so fast and gave advice on how to use it and it's cycles so I can try and make it longer.
