This is the second time I’ve taken my business to Mr. Appliance and I would give them 10 stars if I could! The technician Gabe was super clean, very prompt, and super knowledgeable! If you need an appliance service or replaced go no further!

The good: employees were competent and friendly. The bad: 2 hours of labor and $100 worth of parts came to a total charge of $540. Which seems extraordinarily high to me. I'll try someone else next time. UPDATE: After the fridge soon broke again, we used another repair company which told us the fridge was 15 years old and not worth repairing. My dryer stopped heating, and I was able to schedule an appointment with Mr. Appliance for the next day. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and had the parts on his truck so he was able to fix my dryer that day. I would recommend Mr. Appliance and will use them again in the future for fast and quality service.
