Yuriy the Technician is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He correctly diagnoses the problem, fixes it, and treats the customer right. Over the past 14 years, in 2 houses, Yuriy has repaired 2 dishwashers, a refrigerator, a freezer, and a dryer. I highly recommend him and I'll continue having him fix my appliances.

I called for an appointment to fix our refrigerator and Yuri showed up within an hour. He was able to fix the refrigerator with labor charges only. He was kind and professional. We will use Mr. Appliance again!
The repairman was very nice and friendly so is the entire company. However just be sure you are 100% clear that you want an estimate before the repair is performed! The website clearly states free estimate, I made sure to verbally ask for an estimate to the repairman himself, but I still ended up getting a total bill verses a repair estimate (and I was on the premises the entire time).
