It’s not often I leave a poor review… in fact I’ve only left “two negative” reviews in my entire life. I’m sharing my experience with Mr. Appliance so that the community is aware. I called them out and paid their $119 fee, which was more than the other companies I looked into. I figured since their fee is higher I’ll get better service and results.
