I called multiple Appliance repairman in the area and he was the only one to call me back!!. He came out and did Diagnostics on my fridge and freezer and told me the repairs would be anywhere from 7 to $900 and it's best to just get a new refrigerator. He showed me what was wrong with my freezer and explain the problem and didn't try to sell me on some gimmick just to make money.
