The technician arrived when promised, quickly diagnosed the problem with my dryer, and fixed it to our satisfaction. The only reason that I would not give the business 5 stars is that it was not clear (and still isn't) how we would not be charged for the visit if we went ahead with the repairs.
John from Mr. Appliance was able to come out the same day I called and had my stove up and running again in about an hour or so. Very pleased with this company. Highly recommend them.
