Ron was super helpful. He arrived very quickly, identified the problem and gave me best advices. Unfortunately, it was out of his power to fix it, but I immediately knew what to do. Very pleased with the service!
I would definitely not recommend this company, and read the following as to why. We called Mr. Appliance to look at our refrigerator. It was making a funny noise. They told me it would cost $179 to come out and look at it and then that amount would be applied to any repairs. Their ad also said that they would give us an estimate before the work started. The technician arrived about 10 minutes after the two-hour window and parked in our driveway contrary to their ad, but that was no big deal. He then took about an hour and ha... read more
On time fixed problem with freezer quickly. Tech. Was very nice. My only comment would be that your service was expensive although I do not have anything to compare it to.
