Called to schedule appointment last sept and first appt was feb when came to appointment day they no show me i saying i was never scheduled. Got another appointment and was cancelled again when they found out it was warranty saying they were booked months out. I actually was on schedule for next weekand they would not service. Snippy manager was rude and hung up on me horrible service. DO NOT USE.
Might not have had exactly what I wanted on the shelf, but were extremely knowledgeable and willing to get the correct parts to repair our washing machine
Ordered a part for the washer, they brought it out the next day. No issues what so ever and was fairly priced. About to use them again for a thermal fuse for the dryer.
Absolutely not! Worst customer service. Service man came out had absolutely no knowledge of my older dishwasher. He looked like he was having a bad day.Paid 89.00 for 5 minutes of the his time. Every question I asked he had no knowledge or valuable feed back. When asked for a printed invoice with evaluation of parts he told me to call the office.
The techs scratched my floor and cabinets terribly. Was charged $500 to replace a part that sells for $39 online. Terrible experience.
