I have a Samsung refrigerator 13 months new. Ice maker was making a god awful sound and no longer dispensing. Tech came next day, on time, diagnosis in 20 seconds and fixed in 20 minutes. Lisa came out to repair our dryer yesterday. It mysteriously stopped working. She did a thorough diagnostic check. It took a few phone calls & a lot of brainstorming. Thankfully it was just a hidden loose fuse. Thank you Lisa for going the extra mile to solve our dead dryer problem!
We've used Mr. Appliance for our freezer, washing machine and microwave. Every time the service has been excellent and prompt with a reasonable and fair price. I will call them for any issues that come up again, and I highly recommend the company.
Do not ever hire this company!!! I had a washing machine issue and the subcontractor quoted me $196 for a lid part and a half an hour of labor!! That is the first part in which the stuck it to me. Then when it was time to pay them, I handed the subcontractor a $20 off any repair coupon that was on Mr. Appliance's website. He would not honor it. First off, I would like to say that these two technicians were prompt, on time, and courteous. They even wore shoe covers!!!!!!!!!!!!. My refrigerator was fixed in no time. They even gave me a one year warranty on everything they did. I am recommending them to every one I know. The last local company I had out didn't have a clue with what they were doing. I am a Mr. Appliance customer for life!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never had a more professional, polite and caring service man in my home. He came out and repaired my appliance the first trip and it is still working perfect. I would definatly recommend to family and friends.
