Just looking for pricing rings it seemd Clean everybody was nice don't know much about them
Just called to ask a question and the person who answered the phone was not very friendly. I have not used their services and most likely won’t based on the call.

Nothing but good to say about this company! After multiple issues with a competing company I was able to have LG change my work order to Mr. Appliance. From the start they were professional and compassionate to my situation. Donna worked diligently to make sure our refrigerator was repaired as soon as possible and kept me informed each step of the way. Donna who does the scheduling is very rude and unhelpful. We had a washing machine break (wouldn’t spin so clothes were sopping wet when cycle was done) a tech went out to look at it and stated that nothing was wrong with it. I called them the next day to tell them it is still not work properly. I was put at the back of the line like a new customer and scheduled a week later with a different technician.
