Super Honest, Highly Recommend – We needed a repair done on our GE "Profile Series" refrigerator (DON'T BUY) - and called Mr. Appliance to come by to fix it (again). Steve, the franchise owner, came out to do the repair. He was super professional, courteous, and HONEST, letting us know that he felt there was more than one issue with the fridge (worried he would fix and need to be called out again in the future). I truly appreciate his honesty, and would call again, if ever I needed a repair... Thanks, Steve!
