Beware, lazy and unqualified technician Came over to repair a washer that was making a noise, barely looked at it for 15min, told me it would cost $1,500.00 to fix it, charged me $99 for a diagnostic fee. I work long hours and we have kids, can't go without a washer, so I went out and bought a new washer. When the weekend came, I decided to look at the washer and all it was, was a credit card stuck on the drum. They better refund my $99 or I'm suing. Very unqualified and lazy worker.
Rude Mr. Appliance told me that there would be no charge to send a tech to look at my fridge. The only charge would be IF I decided not to have them complete the repair. When the tech came, he could not give me an estimate right then. He charged me the $85. I knew I would have the repair done and so I assumed I would get that money back. Terrible Company - Do not use Customer service is terrible. The repairman broke a door flap on my washing machine and the company has not yet ordered a replacement. The people in the office do not call back and after several months, I have actually put in a call to the corporate franchise office of the Mr. Appliance holding company (Dwyer Group). Don't do it !!! THE WORST. I have NEVER written an online review before, but the experience I've had with this "company" is astonishing. I'm writing this after 6 MONTHS of dealing with these inept liars - PLEASE, just call the manufacturer of your appliance, and ask them to recommend someone in the area for help. Again - this company is THE WORST.
waste of time and money these guys are a joke. they charged me through the nose for a job that had be redone, and redone. Crooks. Steer clear!
Appliance Repair The Right Way!!! A+++ I needed dryer repair in Woodbury, and the Mr. Appliance tech, Steve was able to come right out and repair it the same day!. No waiting a week for service. He was very professional, answered my questiosns, and fixed my dryer with parts on his truck. Now I'm back in business getting my laundry caught up. I definately will use Mr. Appliance again and highly recommend them. - Woodbury Mom
