Examination room was dusty, lamp was dirty with what appeared to be KY jelly and dust! a The blinds could not be closed, not where I want to get a gynecological exam! They put me in a room where the blinds closed and I reluctantly had my exam. I left the office but halfway down the hall I turned around and went back. I told the receptionist what I observed and felt. I will never go back there. I have reported them to my insurance company so they can consider removing them from our provider list.
