Refused to do needed surgery on our child for “non compliance” when the nurses didn’t specify to us to not give our child water after midnight. He decided to tell us this after having a two week vacation. Absolutely disgusted by this “doctor” and this clinic. Look elsewhere if you can.

I really like Dr. Guillaume. He explained and showed me on the computer screen my infection. He patiently answered all my questions. I also found the office staff at Stone Oak to be very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this Doctor and location.

My son, 7 years old, has been seeing Dr Guillaume for over a year now. We’ve had a good experience with Dr. Guillaume for the most part! He has always been professional and kind to us. Our office visits at Alamo ENT have always been timely and have stayed on track, we’ve never spent more than an hour in the office. However, we did have one frustrating experience in our year long patronage, where we had trouble contacting the nurse with a question. This man should NOT be a *PEDIATRIC* ENT. When dealing with a child, one should at least pretend to care. We went in 6 weeks post-op and were spoken to as though my spouse and I were complete idiots. Turns out he 100% botched the ear tube surgery, in my son’s right ear, but arrogantly insisted his surgeries are always perfect. We went to another practice for a REVISION surgery. Our boy can now actually HEAR.
