They operate in Salt Lake as "A Broken Windshield," so heads up not to book under that company either. These people are absolutely terrible. Booked an 11-1pm appointment window, were told he was running behind but would arrive soon. Finally called at around 4pm to see where he was. Were told he's "on his way", and assured that meant he was currently physically en route to our house. An hour, two hours... called again and just got their voicemail. Total no show, no call, nothing. They finally called back the next day and clai... read more
