I enjoyed coming to office to get my treatment. However, I was recently informed by my insurance that my copay should be $100 instead of the $150 I was paying/quoted. My insurance company contacted the office to explain and the explanation of benefits (EOB) for my claims were provided. Long story short It’s been almost a month since I heard from anyone so I can continue my treatment. I literally been getting the run around about my co pay.
Vickie Williams-Dr.Rasheed and his staff are very professional. I am fortunate to have met Dr Rasheed. His office helped me with donated shots to help me with my cancer treatment. My experience was great. Dr.Rasheed and his staff really care about their patients. They make you feel welcome and at ease during a difficult time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone facing cancer treatment. I would like to give thanks to Dr.Rasheed ,Mr Bill and Esther and all his staff for all they did and may God bless him and his staff.
