waiting 30 min they marked off my name 3 people ahead, I had to tell them their error just to have them say with no expression we cant do taper fade, Had to wait 15 min more for 1 out of 7 hairstylistd who all seem to be on their rag...very rude! I dont think they care about the quality of the customer experience theyre showing at Mr Alberts in mcallen, too busy jamming out cumbias/tejano while watching novelas to give quality work.
