For 35 years we were faithful and very satisfied clients of Mr Alan. After he passed away last year - the new owners are ruining the business he built. We ordered a custom arrangement - the arrangement was for a large oblong table- the finished product was uneven - broken flowers - and despite the fact the order was placed a week in advance - it looked like it was thrown together at the last minute. Flowers were ordered from FTD and for my area they use Mr. Alans Florist. The arrangement that was order was full, lush vibrant and tight and came is a nice wooden basket. Upon arrival the flowers the florist did was not good. It was drab in color, loosely put together and lots of spaces. They even had these stick fern things sticking out and it came in a cheap basket.
