I am new to the area and found this place doing a Google map search. I called to inquire about how much it cost for a wash and trim. He proceeded to go into this whole upselling dialogue call my he mentioned something about blow drying. I said that I did not need blow drying because it destroys my hair. After that he proceeded to tell me that perhaps I need to call other places and find somewhere else with menu pricing for "that sort of thing".
