Our experience with MQS was amazing! They showed up in three vehicles, 2 were pulling trailers, which had equipment for the job, that was at 7:30 AM. Very polite, all introducing themselves. Nate, the forman, asked if I had any questions or concerns. I had the building spot all prepped, leveled and ready to go. It was like watching an assembly line crew that was on a mission. MQS added a pole building garage to my split level house. The crew did a great job constructing the garage according to plans. Everything is level and plumb at the expected dimensions. Craftsmanship was good all around. They were done in less than a week with little mess.
We had a great experience with Weston Brown (MQS). Throughout our build, starting with the initial drawings with Weston, to the excavation work (Leon Jones - Jones Excavator), to the builders (Nathan Mast - Skyline Construction), to having gutters and downspouts installed (David Troyer - Paramount) to having electric run to the new garage (Tom Shimerdia - Liberty Electric) and now to having concrete poured (Albert Weaver - Premier Contacting). We contracted with MQS to build a 30 x 40 pole barn and could not be happier with the process. The materials arrived and the crew arrived just as the schedule called for - unusual for construction projects these days. All in all it was less than 10 days from start to finish. There were no surprises in any part of the process.
I am thrilled with this whole process and final product!! From start to finish with "blazing-fast service and quality craftsmanship" is accurate. Very quality and meticulous work. In short: I couldn't have ever dreamt building a 50 X 70 barn on a mono pad with lean tos on both side would be such a pleasant experience. I'd use these guys over and over. And a bonus: I didn't hear 1 cross or foul word come from anyone's mouth. Very professional! A 5 star rating is waaaay low.
