Gina Baek and William Li are so incompetent they are as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike. Gina Baek is at the top in terms of telling lies to get the sale or lease through the door. She has no compassion or humanity. Everything is financial for them. William Li does not answer or reply to emails he's just as useless if not even more because I don't even know why he is there. Had a booked inspection for a property, waited over 50 minutes for a “John Park” to show up. Looking at the website for the property after waiting and attempting to call numerous times, property already had deposit taken. A heads-up would’ve been nice instead of wasting 2 hours total over my weekend. John Park mate, have a good new year.
Had a pleasant experience working with Jenna in purchasing my new home. Understood exactly my requirements and ensured everything was a smooth process.
During the initial inspection, the agent arrived late, and we almost left, but we genuinely liked the place, so we proceeded. The rental application process itself was smooth, but the communication during our tenancy was consistently poor. Throughout the lease, it was extremely difficult to reach the agency.
