I have moved multiple times in NYC but my experience with Cesar has been the best by far! He makes the whole process very straightforward and easy and I feel like he truly has people’s best interests in mind. He was even willing to come to my workplace to accommodate me when signing the lease. He also seems to have good relationships with various building owners and landlords which I think is a positive sign overall and a big strength of his. Highly recommend working with Cesar!
We moved our daughter into NYC this May and worked with Cesar and Mary to find an apartment. They are highly efficient and so knowledgeable of the area. Their assistance with every step of the transaction was so helpful. We will likely be looking for other apartments in the NYC area in the coming future and wouldn't think of working with anybody else!
Please use caution. Continues to rent out apartments that are UNSAFE AND HAZARDOUS with DANGEROUS neighbors. AND LIE ABOUT THE CONDITIONS. They DO NOT care about your safety and well-being. I recommend you take your business elsewhere
Cesar is very pleasant to work with. He helped me secure an apartment and was especially patient while I was out of town. He was willing to meet me multiple times to view the apartment, and made signing papers convenient by coming to my location. He’s easy to talk to, straight forward, and has a great sense of humor! The most important thing is Cesar did not get frustrated with my 40,000 questions. If I have to move again, I will definitely give Cesar a call!
