THE RECEPTIONIST EMILY, DR. AMY PAI AND DR. JESSICA TONG ARE THE DODGIEST PEOPLE I HAVR EVER COME ACROSS MY COMPLAINT IS BEING SENT TO AHPRA ALSO THE RECEPTIONIST SHOULD BE FIRED AND THE 2 DOCTORS LICENSES REVOKED IM NOT SURE THEY ARE EVEN REAL DOCTORS. I WAS TOLD BY 3 GP’S THAT I HAVE A CHALIZION AND GOT A REFERRAL TO DR AMY PAI. I WAITED OVER 2 MONTHS TO SEE AMY PAI. ON MY DAY I WAITED OVER 2 HOURS FOR THE CONSULT AND THEN AMY PAI TOLD ME I DID NOT HAVE A CHALIZION AND THE CYST ON MY EYELID SHE IS NOT EVEN SURE WHAT IT IS.... read more

Dr Quin is a fantastic specialist. He is friendly, genuinely compassionate, excellent at his job and always has time to talk to you about your issue at length. He has on occasion even waived scan and consultation fees for me for no apparent reason other than altruism. Clinic staff are professional, organised and there is never a wait for scans and pre-consultation examinations. I wish all specialist clinics were this great. Thanks Dr Quin and team!
