The staff were friendly, but the advice we received at reception was disappointingly inaccurate and cost a struggling family of twins a non-substantial amount of money.
I don’t have a great experience here because staff not give me any information and come up with surprises bill
Saw Dr Jessica Tong for Chalazion on my right eye. Very friendly and professional. I got a surgery to remove it on the same day. Gave very clear information on the process. Receptionist was friendly. Did call me to see if I could come in early both times for my initial and follow up consult which I was fine with.
THE RECEPTIONIST EMILY, DR. AMY PAI AND DR. JESSICA TONG ARE THE DODGIEST PEOPLE I HAVR EVER COME ACROSS MY COMPLAINT IS BEING SENT TO AHPRA ALSO THE RECEPTIONIST SHOULD BE FIRED AND THE 2 DOCTORS LICENSES REVOKED IM NOT SURE THEY ARE EVEN REAL DOCTORS. I WAS TOLD BY 3 GP’S THAT I HAVE A CHALIZION AND GOT A REFERRAL TO DR AMY PAI. I WAITED OVER 2 MONTHS TO SEE AMY PAI. ON MY DAY I WAITED OVER 2 HOURS FOR THE CONSULT AND THEN AMY PAI TOLD ME I DID NOT HAVE A CHALIZION AND THE CYST ON MY EYELID SHE IS NOT EVEN SURE WHAT IT IS.... read more
