Unfortunately I’ve had to come here twice. Very professional service. I wasn’t happy with one of my repairs. They understood and rectified the issue promptly and well
Insurance claim (not at fault) Lack lustre comms, car was meant to be ready Wednesday it don’t pass quality check then meant to be ready Thursday new materials didn’t arrive which is out of their control somewhat but I wasn’t advised or updated. I found this out after having to follow up, I then extended my rental (covered by insurance again) I was then Notified 1pm on Friday 6/2/26 it ready for collection. Great workshop and excellent service. I left my brand new car with them and felt confident the whole time. Very attentive to detail, fast turnaround (about a week), and they offer a lifetime warranty. Customer service was outstanding, they even stayed back after closing to help me. Highly recommend.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM... THEY WILL TRY TO DOUBLE DIP AND MAKE YOU PAY FOR REPAIRS THAT THE INSURER WOULD HAVE COVERED. I WAS TOLD THEY'LL ONLY SPRAY HALF THE FRONT GUARD PANEL AND LEAVE THE OTHER HALF WHICH WILL RESULT IN UNEVEN COLOUR CODING ( 2 DIFFERENT COLOURS ON 1 PANEL) ALTERNATIVELY IF I PAY EXTRA OUT OF MY POCKET THEN THE PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED..... ..STAY AWAY..
