I was referred by a dear friend and colleague to file taxes with MPS Tax. As it turns out, the service was unprofessional and problematic on two fronts. One: I had an appointment on February 7, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., and the person at the office contacted us around 2:10 p.m. to ask if we needed to reschedule. First time doing our taxes not on turbo tax and with a person. I had excellent communication from them and they were very helpful! The whole process was so easy and took away the stress of doing it all ourselves. The appointment was pretty quick too, considering it would have probably taken my husband and I double the time to do it ourselves and double the stress. My husband and I paid a lot of money to have our taxes done last year. My husbands taxes ended up being filed late. Our appointment was in February. My taxes were filed the day we were there but my property taxes were not filed on time. I was ignored nearly every time I would try to reach out to get the issues we had resolved.
