Came to look around to see what needed doing for and EPC, spent about an hour of my evening with him. He never showed to do the work booked for a week later, never responded to any messages. I had a tight deadline I was working towards and this was a huge waste of my time.
MPS completed a cloakroom and en-suite total refurbishment for us to a very high standard. Mark and his team were were very helpful with their advice and suggestions, completely professional and respectful of our property at all times. Everyone was punctual and friendly and we are so delighted with the end result that they are returning to do our bathroom. Would definitely recommend MPS
