Called and talked to Shawn and he was very knowledgeable about the type of printer i need to buy for my business and narrowed down a brand. He also explained to me about the maintenance to printers that I didn't know about and will help me be able to keep printers longer without throwing them away so fast. Thanks again
Called today to ask if they serviced Roland printers and they do not, but the staff is very friendly and also gave the contact info of a company that may be able to help. Thanks for the help guys, its appreciated.
My HP printer was noisy in operation and paper jam when printing in duplex mode. New fuser gears, cleaning and duplexer alignment did the job. Diagnosis of problem and repair were excellent. One day onsite turnaround and very reasonable pricing. I will use them again when needed.
Quick service, fixed printer, supplied toner. Very professional.
