I must admit that MPS HOUSING ELECTRICIAN by the name of Ernest did an amazing job from 27 May 2025 when he was assigned an emergency job for my flat when i suddenly lost electric power. He has finally completed the job today 10 July after 6 weeks, as Orbit Housing failed to see the how urgent to restore light/power was. Thank you Ernest. You are an asset to MPS.
Really lovely guys..They turned up and did an amazing job as a team, just a shame Orbit are totally useless and won't let them do everything that needs to be done without verifying it first (which means we now have to wait for an Orbit representative to turn up just to say yes) although I digress, top work by top workmen.
I pray for the day that Orbit change to a different contractor for their repairs. 2nd attempt to fix my leaky bath and this time the guy didn't even turn up, I was told at 4.45pm that "he probably isn't coming today" and was offered an appointment for tomorrow which "he might not attend if he has an emergency" I will now have lost three working days (official complaint gone into Orbit Help) Also, since when is water coming through your ceiling not an emergency?? Absolute shambles
I want to thank Ian, Mel and Chris from MPS Housing for providing one of the nicest experiences I've ever had in Hastings! These 3 individuals have been most professional with quality work/ services that were assigned to the property I live in. Always knowledgeable and friendly, polite and just to pleasure to have around. I'm very sorry I taken so long to share this. I hope they get bonus for Christmas!
