Their boring machine ruined the foundation of my house, caused thousands of dollars in damage and they are not taking any responsibility for the damages. I would stay away from them. Instead of doing the right thing now I have to hire a lawyer and sue them, what a mess! The foreman Mario from Doug's underground in Traverse City denied responsibility even before he looked at what they did. Not a very pleasant guy to deal with. Very shady company.

My wife was driving on 696 when a MPS GROUP truck lost a Home Depot bucket from there trailer and the bucket hit my wife's SUV. My wife called the company and left a message, she did not get a call back. I followed up with a call the following day and left a message on the Operations Mangers phone. So far no call back. What type of company is it that does not return 2 calls about there employee causing damages to someones vehicle and does not try to resolve the issue.
MPS = Mary, Pay Somebody. Payroll lady Mary was skimming folks checks. In fact, when I did the unclaimed properly, I got a few hundred dollars owed to me from them. The way I hear it, though, nowadays, MPS = Man, Pay Somebody cause the more things change, the more they stay the same
