Charged me £120 for a diagnostic report which they never sent (just an itemised list of repair costs) and a £60 parking fine, for a car that they placed in the spot using the keys that I gave them. Don't come here or allow AA to tow you here.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience I dropped my car off at 9am for a simple tyre change and was told it would be ready by 12 noon- which already seemed unusually long for such a straightforward job. There was a noticeable lack of basic courtesy from the staff When I collected the car, I discovered that all the tyres were over inflated. Terrible service charging extortionate prices for stuff that doesn’t need doing asked them to check the brakes as they were squeaking which was the whole reason I went for a service and I had two lights on the dash all that was disregarded and instead decided to charge for a load of stuff that didn’t need doing and when I rang them up they could barely speak a word of English didn’t have a clue about who had worked on the car or what had been done stay well away from this place

Don't do it they are con artists. £40 MOT turned into £350 repair bill to pass it. I told them no I will take my car with me. Took it to quick fix with the failed MOT they re-run the test before changing the parts and it passed. These guys are trouble.
