Shipping/Loading starts at 7am even if you have a 4am appointment set by Amazon. They won’t load till 7. So plan accordingly.
My driver had an issue with his truck, our appt was in the morning arrived at 3 pm they was about to go home but they accepted my driver and unloaded the trailer in 10 min. I wish all receivers would be like them!! SUPER!!
Arrived ahead of appt time, got dock right away, they started unloading right away too, receiving opens at 7am
At an 8:00 a.m. appointment and was out the gate by nine. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful.
