EXTREMELY unprofessional!!! I strongly believe they are kicking out those who do not have the insurance that pays them the most! How are you going to stop seeing my kids over 3 missed appointments since 2021!! (Been going with her for over 15 years) I had been waiting for a week and calling to make an appointment finally today they decided to deny my kids ALL medical attention due to “policies” that were never sent out!!
This clinic was good at first. Now they don’t even answer phone calls and close damn near all week. If I need to contact her pediatrician there is no way of getting a hold of them.

After writing my review this Doctor Perez. Send a letter telling me she is no longer my daughters Doctor. All because I was 10 min late and they didn't want to see my daughters and I was mad about it, because I have to drive 45 min. To get there, so inconsiderate, and now she refuses to be my daughters Doctor. Well Thank you Dr. Perez you are very unprofessional.
