I trained with Chelsea for about a year and three months, and she helped me reach the strongest point in my life. I was lifting the heaviest weights I’ve ever used. She is very responsible, gives great diet advice, and always made sure to adjust exercises when I hurt my wrist so I could keep training safely. She also took the time to listen to even my small everyday stories, which made every session enjoyable. I love this gym so much! Every time I walk in the trainers and the staff all say hi and smile! It’s always clean and the music is on point! I genuinely love working out here and I’m so grateful I became a member 🩷

The facility is well-organized and efficiently run, with no pointless distractions—like TVs or unnecessary clutter on the gym floor. Music is loud enough without being too overbearing.
