We are a friendly neighborhood gym, growing and improving every day. We have a variety of equipment such as plate loaded Hammer Strength machines, pin loaded Cybex and free weights. we also have plenty of cardio equipment including StairMaster Step mills, rowers, ellipticals, spin bikes and treadmills. We specialize in personal training, group training, and carry on a variety of classes to choose from. Don't hesitate to stop by and work out! we have a lot happening here at the gym, don't miss out!

Excelente y confortable
Beware. Some years ago I signed a lifetime contract with MPower for 30 bucks a month. When I noticed on my credit card bill that I was being charged 40, I spoke to Chris, the owner of the gym. My position was that I'd signed a contract for $30/month, and that that's what I expected to be charged. To this objection Chris responded that they'd had a price increase, and if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else. Upon a moment's further consideration, he added that I could sue him. Solid gym! Clean equipment. Clean bathroom. $20 for the day pass was 100% worth it
