I recommend to everyone!! With 3 studios and class times ranging from 5am-6:10pm you have so much flexibility for an amazing workout (the waitlists move)!! Instructors do a great job cuing the workout to ensure you are getting the most out of every move! Love having a fun, efficient workout in 50 minutes!

Absolutely love this studio! 💕 It has such a welcoming vibe and the classes are always super well paced and easy to follow. Elizabeth-Anne is so engaging and really explains everything clearly which makes such a difference. Highly recommend! ✨
Love the place but I just paid $200 to barely be able to get any classes. I can’t sit at my phone every hour checking when someone drops out of a class so I can put myself on. I regret buying the package.
