I discovered M Power about three months ago, and have been going weekly to get stretched by Mike. It has done wonders for me! I’ve had a number of problems with my lower back my entire life, but spending only a half hour once or twice a week with Mike has dramatically improved my health. As a 58 year old tournament golfer who plays 20-30 tournaments a year, having a lower back that is structurally sound is absolutely critical. Mike and M Power have kept me feeling great!

M-Power is a great facility to meet your physical health needs! Great equipment variety, experienced instruction, and an all around good vibe and culture for working out.
