Great group of instructors, great quality boxing and lifting equipment and overall awesome and comfortable vibes in this gym. Had a killer boxing workout with one of the instructors, cant wait to go again!!!
Great exercise, hitting bag for three minute rounds and sparing in the Ring with a professional instructor. Great way to get in shape, lose weight and strengthen your core. Definitely worth a visit.
So excited about this gym! The staff are all extremely encouraging, friendly and provide excellent costumer service!
