M power is amazing! I joined the group classes and they are the bomb . Each trainer is amazing ! Im currently taking personal training with Courtney. Courtney has gone above and beyond. I can truly say I have learned so many things from her. I know she puts thought and consideration into my workouts. I’m not one to leave reviews very often but i had to this time. I been coming to m-power for a few months now and WOW! From the moment you come in you are welcomed by the wonderful and friendly Carly. Every morning i come here i look forward to seeing the trainers, the ladies and feeling the high energy everyone. So, if you are a lady, and you are looking for an AMAZING all women’s gym, then M-power is your place. Make you sure to schedule a FREE trial class, you won’t regret it!h

This gym has completely changed the way I view fitness, confidence, and community. Before joining, I was always the quiet, shy person in the gym who kept to herself… never felt fully comfortable.
