Best workout class I’ve ever been to! All the instructors are super helpful with corrections and modifications. Stephanie’s class is amazing, definitely feel the burn and I love it. Clean, safe, and happy environment!
It’s been almost three months and I am so happy I came here. No one judges you here, the women here are from all sizes and exercise levels and it’s very diverse. Everyone is so kind, inviting and positive. I wake up looking forward to the morning group classes that have strength training and cardio. Having that motivation to want to work out is much harder with age, but with MPOWERs vibe it makes it very easy to workout.They also help you with your form and with alternative exercises during the class.
