So glad we said yes and signed up with MPower. We have found the most inviting gym atmosphere! I love that this gym is filled with a variety of clientele and all support each other and welcomed us. Jacob, Luke, and Matt have been nothing but supportive and positive trainers though our journey so far with MPower Fitness. I actually look forward to work outs after being the person that was intimidated by the gym and hated workouts.
Great training regimen with Jacob. If you’re trying to seriously put on mass and actually do the work, he’s your guy. Or even if you’re just trying to ease into the workout life in order to make it a routine, he’s your guy. Very good skill set and a natural in his profession.
