I have been with this real estate for over 10 years my property manager Sarah is always there if something goes wrong n gets it sorted right away couldn't ask for a wonderful group of people to deal with thanks heaps much appreciated 🙏 😊
Sarah has been a wonderful PM for the last 3 years - actually the best PM I have dealt with before. Extremely easy to communicate with, all requests were actioned in a very timely manner & the entire rental experience was stress free. Due to personal circumstances we needed to break lease early, Sarah was so quick to action this & worked hard to find new tenants within a week! This was such a relief to us as tenants & really shows how wonderful she is. Thank you for everything Sarah.
I regret to share my experience on Sunday at an apartment complex in Kangaroo Point. Unfortunately, I encountered an unpleasant one of your staff(older lady) and her daughter, who seemed to be scouting parking spots for the AFL. Their reckless behaviour, stopping in the middle of the road and verbally abusing others to move out of the way while reversing down a narrow street was alarming. We have been with them for about 4 years, have never had an issue always helpful and polite, yes we have had 4 different Property Managers but all have been very prompt in getting things done and very helpful.
