Dr leaving this has been a horrible experience.
I just had my worse experience at this medical professional office with Dr. Lolita Ontiveros. She was the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met as well as their office manager and staff. Neither one has any medical decorum with regards to patient care. I would highly recommend going somewhere else for any type of medical care. Again, the worse experience ever.
This doctor has some rude staff. One of the office girls though she put me on hold she accidentally hung up on me. When I called back she ask again to put me on hold, I sad ok but don’t hang up on me again. She said she didn’t. In stead of apologizing she argue that she didn’t then she said I’m not arguing with you and cut me off put me on hold, 30 minutes later and I’m still on hold. ..
